Most societies are fully set up within 1–2 days. Our onboarding team helps you map your wings, floors, flats, and assign roles. Residents can start joining via the app immediately after setup.

Yes! Nivaso has a full-featured mobile app for both iOS and Android. Residents can manage visitors, pay maintenance dues, book amenities, raise complaints, and much more — all from their phones.

Absolutely. Nivaso has a fully customizable role-based permission system. You can define exactly what each role (Chairman, Secretary, Security, etc.) can see and do across every module.

How does the visitor QR check-in work?

Residents pre-approve visitors from the app. Approved visitors receive a QR code via SMS or WhatsApp. At the gate, the security guard scans the QR using the app, and the visitor is logged in with a photo timestamp.
